About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our established sales and marketing team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 200 B2B accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  2. Follow up on leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns, converting leads into sales.
  3. Maintain customer intelligence and key prospect data using CRM systems, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
  4. Contribute to sales projects by introducing new products and incentives to clients, driving revenue growth.
  5. Address customer feedback and monitor competitive activity, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales role or similar environment.
  2. Proven track record in outbound sales, with a focus on relationship building and lead conversion.
  3. Willingness to travel up to 1-2 days per week to meet customers across the UK.
