Role Summary:
The Housing Solutions Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals facing housing challenges. This position involves working closely with applicants to identify suitable housing options and improve their chances of successful rehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and oversee a portfolio of housing applications from individuals with significant needs.
2. Offer expert advice and support to applicants navigating various housing alternatives.
3. Formulate personalized rehousing strategies in collaboration with advocates and other stakeholders.
4. Conduct thorough home assessments to understand individual circumstances and provide tailored housing guidance.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of the legislative and policy framework governing the lettings service.
6. Stay informed about housing options and relevant housing legislation.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems, including reporting and ICT tools.
