Pay Rate: £27 Per Hour

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Neighbourhoods Housing Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a Neighbourhood patch, providing tenancy-neutral housing and estate management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the patch to an exceptionally high standard, engaging with and involving residents in the management of their Neighbourhood through regular estate inspections.
  • Proactively identify and address potential hazards and Fire Risk Assessment actions.
  • Ensure the speedy lettings of property in line with the council's and national BVPI targets.
  • Support and sustain tenancies to prevent homelessness through the provision of general tenancy support to residents.
  • Undertake all aspects of tenancy management in a sensitive and effective manner.
  • Case manage residents with additional needs.
