Key Responsibilities
- Organizing travel logistics for staff members
- Maintaining a professional atmosphere in reception services
- Arranging catering for corporate meetings
- Supporting facilities management activities
- Compiling data for departmental analyses
- Performing inspections and assessments as necessary
Required Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- HNC/HND Level qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Desired Attributes:
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with QHSE standards
