Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
