Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating renewal terms, and processing mid-term changes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing business income through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
    • Proven track record of success in client relationship management and account growth.
