We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Motor Claims Handler. As a key member of our claims handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing motor claims from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with motor claims, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with repairers, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure seamless claims resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, repairers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and claims efficiency.
