Senior Client Account Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Account Manager to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating renewal terms, and processing mid-term changes.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing business income through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests.
- Client Data Security
- Ensure that client data is secure and confidential at all times.
- Comply with all relevant data protection regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in client relationship management and account growth.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Education
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
