About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Specialist to join our Cisco division at TD SYNNEX. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing partner base by planning outbound calls to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Engage in active inside selling by utilizing various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and our company value proposition.
  • Identify project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to achieve set targets.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Strong priority management and planning skills.
  • Good relationship building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
