Job Summary:

CMD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring accurate and timely processing of various aspects of customer service and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Process customer information in SAP, including Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedules, Sales Orders, Quotes, and confirming orders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with key customers and other internal departments to maintain and ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • CRM Management: Accurately use the CRM system to monitor and manage customer contact records.
  • Communication: Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments through email, telephone, and face-to-face to resolve issues relating to service delivery.

Candidate Specification:

  • Experience: Previous customer service/administration experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or other MRP systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Very good rapport-building skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and administrative skills.
  • Business Acumen: Experience of achieving or supporting the achievement of business KPIs.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
