**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
* Manage administrative tasks, including planning deliveries, preparing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and handling mail.
* Assist in various office functions, such as report preparation and presentation support.
