The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Space and Rental Manager to provide coordination and resource management of all operational aspects linked to the on- and off-boarding process of EFI's commercial partners and researchers. The post holder will also be responsible for overseeing, planning and coordinating all non-teaching activity in the EFI building by EFI, commercial partners and non-EFI users.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop effective relationships and internal communications with academic, commercial and professional services staff across the Institute and wider University;
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to commercial partners and researchers;
- Coordinate and plan non-teaching activities in the EFI building, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption;
- Influence, guide and challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders to improve existing processes and procedures;
- Proactively review and improve existing processes as and when needed;
