We are seeking a Senior Educational Program Administrator to provide exceptional, professional administrative support for various Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate Taught (PGT) programs and courses. This role involves collaborating closely with the Team Lead and fellow Senior and Teaching Administrators to ensure a consistent and high-quality service for students, aligning with broader Student Experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for PGT Programme Directors, UG Programme leads, and Course Organisers, fostering partnerships with the Student Services Manager and Student Advisors.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support throughout the duration of programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, maintaining a focus on service delivery and student satisfaction.

This position is full-time (35 hours per week) and includes a blend of remote and on-campus work. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the student experience.
