Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Teaching Support Administrator to provide administrative support to various courses and programs within the Biomedical Teaching Organisation (BMTO). The successful candidate will work closely with the Programme/Course Administrators, Senior Administration Team, and Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of the BMTO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to courses and programs, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
  • Work collaboratively with the Programme/Course Administrators to ensure the effective delivery of courses and programs.
  • Provide a friendly and professional reception service, presenting a positive image of the BMTO.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proactive approach to seeking out information and ability to use initiative to solve problems.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills; ability to manage multiple competing demands and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of using multiple IT systems and software.
  • Works well as part of a team, demonstrates flexibility, and embraces change.
