The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and experience leading a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the group sales operation and identifying new business opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally

• Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies, budget processes, and sales direction

• Taking ownership of the Meeting & Events segment, building and maintaining key relationships, driving conversion, and supporting onsite operational teams

• Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed targets
