Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: London

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for attracting exceptional talent and will be skilled in candidate sourcing. Experience in the temporary labor market is a plus.

  • Creative Sourcing Techniques: Design and execute innovative sourcing methods to draw in top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization.
  • Diverse Recruitment Channels: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, networking opportunities, and referrals to discover and engage potential candidates.
  • Active Candidate Engagement: Perform proactive outreach to passive candidates and establish talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to enhance and streamline recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to grasp their recruitment requirements and deliver strategic hiring support.
  • Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate availability.
  • Regular Updates: Conduct regular discussions with hiring managers to review recruitment progress and address any issues or challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Advocate for a "right first time" hiring approach by ensuring a comprehensive, efficient recruitment process focused on identifying the best candidates for each position.
  • Thorough Candidate Evaluation: Execute detailed candidate evaluations, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, to secure high-quality hires.
  • Training for Managers: Offer training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing strategies and candidate assessment.
  • Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure a favorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey by maintaining timely and professional communication.
  • Accurate Documentation: Keep precise and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
