About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Owner to join our team at Network Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our UX department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer journey is seamless and efficient across our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of UX strategy for our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps, ensuring that the customer journey is optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement front-end changes and improve the overall user experience.
  • Conduct research on our competitors to gain insights and inform our UX strategy.
  • Develop and implement UX testing strategies, including heatmapping and A/B testing.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that our UX strategy aligns with our overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and lead large UX, development, and design teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Strong project and product management experience, with a focus on E-Commerce brands.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of customer and user experience principles.
  • Ability to commute to our office at least 2 days a week.
