About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment. As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer journey through our client's Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead upon UX strategy for sites across mobile and collaborate with design and development teams to implement front-end changes.
  • Conduct research on competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team.
  • Develop and implement UX testing strategies, including heat mapping and A/B testing.
  • Manage large UX, development, and design teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong project and product management experience in E-Commerce.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of customer and user experience.
  • Ability to commute to the office at least 2 days a week.
