Job Title: Digital Experience Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment. As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer journey through our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead upon UX strategy for sites across mobile
  • Plan out UX testing strategies such as Heatmapping and A/B Testing
  • Manage large UX, Development and Design teams
  • Research competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong Project/Product Management experience while working across E-Commerce Brands
  • Experience within Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Excellent understanding of Customer and User Experience
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Experience working with a fashion brand would be a bonus
