Our client, a prominent player in the Network Marketing industry, is seeking a Digital Experience Owner to join their growing UX department. This role will be based in a hybrid working environment, with a focus on ensuring the customer journey through their Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is seamless and efficient.

As a Digital Experience Owner, you will be responsible for leading UX strategy for sites across mobile, collaborating with a team of design and developer specialists to drive front-end changes. You will also be involved in researching competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive front-end changes and improvements
