Our client, a prominent player in the Network Marketing industry, is seeking a Digital Experience Owner to join their growing UX department. This role will be based in a hybrid working environment, with a focus on ensuring the customer journey through their Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps is seamless and efficient.
As a Digital Experience Owner, you will be responsible for leading UX strategy for sites across mobile, working closely with a team of design and developer specialists to drive front-end changes. You will also be involved in researching competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance customer experience
- Lead UX design and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and inform UX decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journey
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience in E-Commerce
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
