About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Owner to join our team at Network Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our UX department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer journey is seamless and efficient across our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of UX strategy for our Mobile E-Commerce website and Mobile Apps, ensuring that the customer journey is optimized for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement front-end changes and improve the overall user experience.
  • Conduct research on our competitors to gain insights and inform our UX strategy.
  • Develop and implement UX testing strategies, including heat mapping and A/B testing, to measure the effectiveness of our UX design.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that our UX design aligns with our overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and lead large UX, development, and design teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in an E-Commerce environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of customer and user experience principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
