About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Owner to lead our product management, UX, digital analytics, design, and cross-functional teams in developing, managing, and measuring product enhancements to drive business growth and profitability.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of office work in Bradford per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product development, ensuring maximum business value and minimal effort.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, incorporating commercial benefits, UX impact, performance, and business strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including E-commerce development teams.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience in product ownership and leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present product vision and roadmaps.
  • Experience with agile project management and lean startup principles.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent business-related qualifications.
