About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Owner to lead our product management, UX, digital analytics, design, and cross-functional teams in developing, managing, and measuring product enhancements to drive business growth and profitability.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of office work in Bradford, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product development, ensuring maximum business value and minimal effort.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Lead the development of user personas, customer journeys, and acceptance tests to ensure seamless product experiences.
  • Steer sprint and release planning sessions, working with development teams to deliver maximum business value.
  • Accountable for product performance, driving improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmaps, and execution plans to stakeholders, including company leadership and executives.

About You

  • Proven experience in product ownership, with a track record of delivering successful product developments.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile project management and lean startup principles.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent business-related qualifications.
