Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the University of Oxford TSS. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives and manage associated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for a defined client area, providing expert HR guidance and support to achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, contributing to the broader People and Organisational Development Strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing coaching, advice, and influencing decisions to achieve successful people outcomes.
- Lead on employee relations cases, manage complex HR issues, and contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.
- Drive HR projects, support Organisational Development initiatives, and mentor junior HR team members, while deputizing for the Head of HR as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Excellent judgement in HR matters with a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice.
- A keen awareness of the broader implications of specific HR matters in the context of a wide range of organisational environments.
