HR Business Partner

At Saíd Business School, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our professional HR service. Reporting to the Director of People and Organisational Development, you will work proactively with senior leaders and managers within the School, enabling them to achieve departmental and School-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust Workforce Plan in collaboration with senior leaders, covering the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and retention to organisational change and development.
- Provide high-level operational advice on HR issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, organisational change and TUPE.
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including employment tribunals, and work collaboratively with divisional and central HR teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and delivering innovative HR solutions.
You will have extensive experience advising line managers on a wide range of HR issues within complex organisations, preferably in a unionised environment. You should hold or be willing to work towards a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and possess a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
