We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at The Maine Group in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our European offices and teams, working closely with senior executives and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including coordinating suppliers, managing relationships, and ensuring stock levels are replenished.

You will also be responsible for coordinating checks on health and safety equipment and processes, as well as supporting the HR team as required.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel booking, and creating agendas and itineraries.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally with global exposure, and fluent or bilingual level Spanish or Italian, as well as fluent English.
