Exciting Opportunity:

A cutting-edge fintech company based in London (UK) is seeking a Head of Client Services to join their team. This is a remote work position.

The company collaborates with global banks and money services businesses, offering market data, analytics, and an FX trading and payment platform. They require a Head of Client Services to:

  • Establish and oversee the end-to-end client services function, guiding clients from onboarding to active trading and beyond. This involves revamping client services processes and workflows and shaping the future strategy and team structure;
  • Build an international team of client services professionals using a follow-the-sun model;
  • Supervise the client services team; and
  • There is potential for the role to evolve into developing a Customer Success team.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level client services professional to advance their career by leading a vital function within a rapidly growing and well-supported fintech organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to grow alongside the business and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' client services experience in a financial services firm.
  • Proficient in foreign exchange trading platforms.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk and Slack for client support.
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing new processes and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in client services within a trading facility, particularly in foreign exchange.
  • Previous experience in managing client services or customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with providing client services for trading protocols like FIX.
