Position: Client Support Specialist

Work Schedule: 5 days rotating from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm

We are seeking a skilled communicator who is dedicated to providing outstanding client support.

As a Client Support Specialist at Savills, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position serves as a vital link between our clients and the company, enhancing our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and deliver precise and comprehensive information promptly
  • Address client questions, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of the company's offerings, services, and operational procedures
  • Adhere to established protocols for managing client inquiries and grievances
  • Promote additional products or services to clients when suitable
  • Document client interactions accurately and keep detailed records of inquiries
  • Comply with established standards for call handling and client service
  • Familiarize yourself with the company's structure and marketing initiatives
  • Assist the Marketing team in their efforts to gather and utilize client feedback
  • Act as the 'voice of the brand' and uphold the company's service standards
  • Follow all internal procedures, processes, and frameworks
