Lookers Newcastle is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as an Aftersales Customer Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading automotive retailer, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking services, MOTs, and repairs with our Vauxhall, Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and Ora centres across the UK.
- Providing first-time resolution for customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with our centres to build long-lasting relationships and drive business growth.
- Treating all customers fairly and consistently, upholding our company values.
- Working within a target-based environment, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to team success.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong computer skills and experience working in a target-based environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, sharing best practices and upskilling colleagues.
- Confidence in delivering training and coaching to new starters and colleagues.
