Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at PBR Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients and serving as the primary point of contact for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing proactive planning and advisory services to support their growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Project Management: Oversee ad hoc projects for clients, including valuations, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
