We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Advised Business Analysis Team at AJ Bell. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the development of our advised product suite, focusing on AJ Bell Custody Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the successful delivery of continuous improvements, new products, and functionality, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the discovery, design, build, delivery, and testing of new and existing web solutions, creating high-quality user stories for developers and testers.
- Conduct gap, impact, and risk analysis to identify areas for improvement in systems and processes, leading to enhanced customer experience and efficiency.
- Proven experience working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other business stakeholders.
- Experience in writing user stories, modeling processes, and documenting requirements.
- Ability to clearly articulate business requirements to UX designers, development, and testing teams.
- A proven history of delivery on large software development projects, including system and technical changes, as well as smaller individual changes.
- Experience facilitating and managing workshops and meetings (virtual or in-person).
- Effective communication skills, including questioning and challenging stakeholders, clearly articulating technical and business understanding, and building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships.
- Experience working in the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential.
