Job Summary:

VPss is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and engaging with leads to build and maintain new business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing lead activity, including seminars and trade shows, to establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projects to drive business growth.
  • Seek and develop sales opportunities through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related field.
  • Desirable: experience in the Telematics industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ambition and desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to drive results.
