About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic commercial relationship between our company and its valued customers in the corporate travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of premium corporate customers, delivering all account management activities in line with our company standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments to proactively establish solutions to business or customer challenges, ensuring seamless communication and process streamlining.
  • Support business managers in different departments to deliver objectives, focusing on improving customer experience and internal productivity.
  • Own and be accountable for driving key metrics such as profit, retention, and growth for the UK Corporate client base.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager Supervisor to increase customer satisfaction levels across the business, measured through regular customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in TMC Account Management, with a proven track record of understanding company business and values, successful client management, and high client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of key client markets, including Professional Services, Financial, and Entertainment.
  • Salesforce competence and ability to work with internal departments to drive business objectives.
