Business Development Manager

Coburg Banks Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and client engagement.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with a team of three to target new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their objectives and expectations
  • Following up on leads and opportunities with tenacity and flexibility, accommodating international clients
  • Maintaining an organized workflow and exhibiting exceptional listening skills
  • Aiming to generate approximately £750k in business annually
The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Business Development Manager will possess a consultative approach, a naturally inquisitive mindset, and experience in selling a service or concept. They will also demonstrate a "can do" attitude, resolve issues calmly and professionally, and maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor while working well in a team.

The Package:

The Business Development Manager role offers a competitive package, including:

  • Basic salary up to £40k with an OTE of £65k
  • Hybrid working: office-based from Tuesday to Thursday
  • 30 days holiday
  • All expenses covered, including overseas travel
