About the Business Development Manager RoleAs a Business Development Manager based in Manchester, you will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships. Your role will involve engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized financial solutions that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Actively source and manage a pipeline of high-quality deals from initial inquiry to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and client demands to adapt and enhance product offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand our company's brand presence and your professional network.
- Provide exceptional service to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Competitive salary of £60,000
- Quarterly commission of £10,000 - £15,000, leading to six-figure earnings for top performers

- Bridging & Property BDM background preferred, however, we will consider other BDM backgrounds within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of lending products and their applications.
- A robust network of contacts in the real estate, property development, or intermediary markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at managing a busy pipeline of opportunities.
