Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our distribution network throughout Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue streams
- Partner with European distributors to expand our network and increase sales
- Manage and implement the sales budget to meet predetermined sales targets
- Explore new applications, markets, and opportunities for our existing product portfolios
- Maximize sales revenue by upselling and cross-selling our product range to new clients and distributors
- Maintain proactive involvement and attendance at regular sales and management meetings
- Work within pricing guidelines to ensure the company's success and profitability
- Attend trainings at our office to develop relevant product knowledge
- Visit clients in Europe on a regular basis, up to 50% of the time
Requirements
- Fluent in French or German (written and spoken)
- Experience as a Business Development Manager essential
- Independent and used to working remotely
- Experience working within a SME manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Dynamic, ambitious with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and willing to travel at short notice
