Job Title: German Speaking Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German speaking sales representative to join our international sales team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for making regular outbound contact with business customers to work with them to complete their business agreements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact business clients and sector organizations to encourage them to complete all assessments and documents
  • Make the required number of calls in each campaign
  • Identify potential queries to allow enough time to solve this query for a completion
  • Provide professional support to all users and ensure that calling activity is undertaken professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the team lead and other departments as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred - this is an proactive, outbound call role
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a high volume outbound calling environment would be beneficial
  • Ideally experienced in a busy SaaS business, working to deadlines and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Comfortable working towards individual targets and SLAs
