We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented German Speaking Order Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Order Admin and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining stock availability, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain stock availability and notify customers of delivery dates
  • Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of goods
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English, written and verbal
  • At least 18 months previous experience in processing orders and customer services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy with good keyboard skills
