Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Certifications: None required.
