Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for clients facing technical difficulties with their payment devices. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to deliver effective solutions.
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging with client concerns, offering clear explanations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Cultivate a thorough understanding of our payment terminal offerings and remain informed about technical advancements to assist clients effectively.
  • Organization: Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, detailing issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using multiple technical platforms simultaneously, requiring strong IT skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical understanding.
  • Strong communication skills, with attention to detail in both written and verbal formats.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
