Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Serve as the primary contact for customers facing technical difficulties with their payment devices. Identify and troubleshoot issues to deliver effective solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by attentively addressing customer inquiries, offering clear explanations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
