Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Grassroots Recruitment Limited. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and Resolve IT Issues: Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • IT Support Ticketing System Management: Ensure the IT support ticketing system is up-to-date and accurately reflects the status of all IT support requests.
  • Liaison with External IT Suppliers: Collaborate with external IT suppliers to resolve complex IT issues that cannot be resolved internally.

Technical Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Windows PCs, and various internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Project Work: Participate in project work that aligns with your interests and skills, such as software testing, bug reporting, and new system implementation.
