Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:
Serve as the primary contact for clients facing technical difficulties with their payment terminals. Identify and troubleshoot issues to deliver effective solutions.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by attentively addressing client concerns, offering clear explanations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Cultivate a thorough understanding of our payment terminal offerings and remain informed about technical developments to assist clients proficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, including problem descriptions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple technical platforms concurrently, requiring strong IT skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, with attention to detail in both written and verbal formats.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work within designated shifts, including weekends.
