About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi Utility Construction Coordinator to join our team at BUUK Infrastructure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing utility infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Accountable for all mains work requests being logged onto the system, planned, booked, and expedited in a timely and efficient manner in line with operational requirements.
  • Job Pack Management: Raising of all the required job packs either electronically or manually depending on the works and systems in use.
  • Material Procurement: Ordering of required main materials.
  • Customer Query Management: Receive and log all Customer Queries both positive and negative.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the MU team and wider business to resolve any issues.
About You
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work on own or within a team.
  • Workload Management: Ability to prioritize their own workload.
