About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our large refurbishment project in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this project, working closely with our commercial and operations teams to achieve program and budget goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep expertise in the delivery of complex and challenging construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
