About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at Freshworks Inc. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our enterprise accounts in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support to customers
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to maximize the value of our products
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in complex, enterprise-level accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Business-level proficiency in one of the Nordics languages
