As the Events and Showroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of various events, while also overseeing the showroom to ensure it embodies the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the showroom in an appealing and well-stocked condition, ensuring alignment with the company's branding.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and corporate meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure activities are in line with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning or showroom management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, with strong leadership capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
