As Activities Coordinator you will:

- Have the freedom to plan, design and implement a range of social activities for Residents
- Provide individualised therapeutic activities for Residents
- Ensure each individual’s needs for friendship, social interaction, recreation and culture are met
- Develop meaningful person-centered plans for daily activities
- Plan and implement events & get togethers for our Residents and families
- Liaise with community groups to ensure that residents have access to clubs and activities outside the Home
- Plan outings
- Be creative in sourcing interesting and diverse entertainers
- Liaise with residents, relatives and colleagues in order to deliver the best service to our residents
- A creative flair
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to relate well to people from all types of backgrounds
- You will need to be sociable
- Be able to communicate well with our residents and external activity providers

Previous experience in a similar role or environment is essential.

To work 30 hours per week, to include some weekend work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.19 per hour
