Are you a recent psychology graduate eager to gain experience in an educational environment?

Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed psychology graduate to support students in a secondary school setting. This role involves working closely with students who require additional assistance, particularly in the areas of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).

  • Position: Psychology Graduate Support Assistant
  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £1670 - £1800 per month

In this capacity, you will leverage your understanding of SEMH and child development to assist students facing challenges in mainstream education. Your role will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships with students, which are essential for delivering effective personal and academic support.

You will conduct one-on-one interventions aimed at facilitating student integration into the classroom and enhancing their academic performance.
